It comes ever closer! This snap is taken from Engadget who say it is from a Canadian Best Buy who are reported gearing up for the new White iPhone 4 release, the release has been heavily delayed due to paint matching issues but I can safely say I think we will start seeing white iPhone 4′s out in the wild within the next couple of weeks!
Will you get a white iPhone 4? Or will you wait for the iPhone 5?
The above image is from macrumours who claim that from a reliable source is a picture of Best Buy inventory database and show arrival date of white iPhone . Now the white iPhone has been delayed for nearly a year with various claims of Apple not being happy with the light emitted through the case and the home button being a different colour to the case, could they now have finally solved this?
At the same time engadget have also recieved news from a German source which shows white iPhone availability for Vodafone.
I think we could quite happily say that we should expect the arrival of the white iPhone soon, although February 27th is a Sunday and Apple usually tend to release their products on a Thursday or Friday to help sales that weekend….
This week we have had some interesting news, Digg founder and widely read tech guru/blogger Kevin Rose has said that from a reliable source he has been given information on the upcoming iPad 2.
I have it on good authority that Apple will be announcing the iPad 2 in the next “3-4 weeks”, possibly Tuesday February 1st. The iPad 2 will feature a retina display and front/back cameras.
So it could be alot sooner that what we think? Kevin Rose has already gone back and edited this statement saying it will not feature a Retina Display but just a higher resolution screen as it would not be cost effective.
So with all the recent case leaks and video leaks could we really be seeing the new iPad sooner than we think?
Intially the white iPhone was scheduled for release just after the black version but we never saw the release date. Apple then promised it for the second half of July, which once again we never saw happen, now Apple have announced that we will not be seeing the white iPhone till later on this year!
There is lots of rumours going round wondering why it has been delayed, no one is really sure but some say they cannot stop light leaking through the front of the screen and others say they are trying to solve the antenna issue. I would probably go with the colouring on the front causing the issue
iOS4 Has now been released via iTunes and should be available for download right now! There has been reports of quite a few people having problems with updating their iPhone’s to this update, I’m not quite sure yet if it just user error or if it actually is a bug. I think majority may be to the huge download demand on the Apple servers. As always if you have a jailbroken iPhone do not update as there is no current jailbreak out for this release and do not update to iTunes 9.2 as it is causing issues with some jailbreaks
I wont be updating to this as I sold my iPhone to fund my early upgrade to the iPhone 4 which hopefully will be with me this thursday 
O2 have updated their website informing us that due to such demand and supply shortages they will only be offering the new iPhone to existing customers only. This kinda sucks if your not on O2 but what does suck even more is that if your working like most normal people, and you are an existing customer you can only go in store to get the new iPhone.
There has already been a massive demand for the new iPhone with pre-orders in America crashing websites causing them to cancel all pre-orders. I have sold my iPhone to O2 recycle in preparation for the release of the iPhone 4 but now I am left wondering if I have done the right thing as it seems if I dont get down the shop on the 24th June I may be waiting a long time to get my hands on one 
If your like me currently on O2 and started your contract not to long ago then I am betting your a bit angry like I am that you have another year or so until an upgrade. Well dont be, O2 are offering a upgrade service with a one off fee to pay. Tell me how I can hear you all saying
Put in your contract end date and it will come up with a price (end date can be found in the my o2 app)
Now mine came up at £280 which is a hell of alot of money and kinda put me off, until I went to the O2 recycle and they will give me £235 for my 3GS. So I know what I’m going to be doing come June 24th!

Apple have announced this morning that the iPad will be available for pre-order on the 10th May in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and Britain. The official release date is going to be May 28th for all above countries
If demand is going to be similar as the US release then I suggest you get your pre-orders in on the minute they become available to pre-order otherwise it may be a long time before you get your iPad
It looks as if the iPad has had its European release delayed with both O2 and Vodafone UK updating there websites announcing the price plans are coming end of May. Initially the iPads were due the end of April but due to high demand the iPad has been delayed an extra month
Apple have sent out the invites to all big media sources for the official media release of iPhone OS 4.0….. Finally….
Its expected to have alot of new features with the main one being mulit-tasking. The question is will we see anything about the new iPhone? Apple will be announcing the details on Thursday at 10 AM PST
