iPhone 5 Scrolling Issues

On November 10, 2012, in News, by iPhoneRadar

As the above video shows we have been seeing many complaints around the blogging world about this particular iPhone 5 scrolling issue. You may think whats the big deal I am never going to do that on the screen but the real problems are for the developers. If they are designing an app that requires lots of fast movement which many of them do then they could be in for alot of problems. The people so far that have looked into this fault believe it could be a hardware issue, we hope not, we hope it is just something Apple could patch for us

The New iPhone Packaging & First Turn On Video

On September 5, 2012, in News, by iPhoneRadar

Two more bits of news for you as expected with the imminent announcement of the new iPhone 5 the rumour mill is going absolutely crazy, first off we have the picture above which is supposedly a leaked picture from a factory which is printing the boxes. The image shows the new iPhone not with the name iPhone 5 but just “The New iPhone”. Also notice in the picture instead of having 4 icon height on the main screen we now see 5 indicating the taller new screen

Also the video below is of a supposed new iPhone booting up, notice the size of the screen and the difference in the back of the phone. Real or Fake?

Apple Event Scheduled For 12th September

On September 4, 2012, in News, by iPhoneRadar

Apple have finally announced that they will hold a media event on the 12th September and it looks as though this is when we could see the new iPhone 5 and maybe an iPad mini? I am almost 100% sure we will see the new iPhone as if you look at the picture above which Apple have sent on invitations the shadow of the number 12 is actually the number five, which to me is indicating the new iPhone 5 which is the 5th generation.

After the months of speculation in a few days time we will finally see what Apple has in store for us!

More Leaked iPhone 5 Parts From China Rumour

On August 9, 2012, in News, by iPhoneRadar

Here we have another image that has been leak from China of more supposed new iPhone 5 parts which include the nano sim tray and smaller home button. Usually I do not read into these images and leaks to much but on the build up to a new launch you can normally get a pretty good idea of what the next model is going to have as most of these leaks become more frequent

More iPhone 5 Video Rumours

On July 18, 2012, in News, by iPhoneRadar

As always when we get closer and closer to a new iPhone launch we get more and more rumours coming in and generally alot of them come from China as this is where most of the parts are produced. The iPhone back cover we can see in this video is what I believe will be the true rear cover for the next generation iPhone. We have now seen this cover appearing numerous times from numerous different sources and they all measure up and all feature things such as space for the 4″ screen and the new smaller dock connector

Is This The iPhone 5?

On May 29, 2012, in News, by iPhoneRadar

We have seen lots of news and rumours about the upcoming iPhone 5 with the lead up to WWDC next month which is quite normal, and something else that is quite normal is getting pictures of parts from a reliable Chinese source that look to be genuine. I think I would put good money on the above and below images being the real deal. Some of the key features we see on these pictures are the re-design of the speaker holes, a new smaller dock connector which has been rumoured for quite a while now and the all important big news A 3.999 inch screen!

Source 9to5mac

Today we have seen this picture flying around the blogging scene causing all sorts of excitement and rumours, it shows what looks like an iPod Touch screen but notice how tall it is? It measures in at 4.1 Inches which would confirm all other rumours that we may possibly be seeing a new larger iPhone and iPod next month announced at WWDC. We always get a major announcement at WWDC and when ever a new iPhone or iPod is on its way we do always receive images of parts from Chinese sources and especially with employees in China reporting that in the factories they have slowed iPhone 4s production down by 20-25%

Fingers crossed that there is more to come

Apple Announce New iPhone 4s But No iPhone 5?

On October 4, 2011, in News, by iPhoneRadar

Just over an hour ago Apple held their press conference and announced the all new iPhone 4s which will be released on 14th October. It looks just like an iPhone 4 but its the insides that we really see all the differences

The iPhone 4S features many of the expected specifications. They include:
Dual Core A5 Processor.
Dual Core Graphics.
8 Hour 3G Talk Time Battery.
2x Faster Download Speed.
CDMA + GSM Radios.
16, 32, 64GB Models.
8 Megapixel Camera 3264×2448 Resolution, 5 Lens.
Backside Illuminated CMOS.
1080p Video Recording.
Video Image Stabilization.
Temporal Noise Reduction.
Siri Voice.

One of the best features early on looking at the conference looks as if it may be the Siri Voice feature which learns your voice and allows you to ask almost anything! As we can see below during the speech he asked “Siri” to set a reminder to call his wife when he leaves work, it found his wife through his contacts and then tagged his location so when he leaves it will remind him

As we can see from above they will not be coming in cheap as they are the prices on contract, although this does reassure me in one sense in that it must of cost them quite a bit to make and hopefully wont be seeing another upgrade such as the iPhone 5 for some time
