Just before we think that Apple could not have any more control over what we do today we came across a recently submitted patent from Apple showing them using an infrared device which will stop your iPhone taking pictures or video due to copyright infringement. Slightly worrying I think personally that they can have so much control over what we want to take pictures of and where, the main places we would expect to see this would be live concerts and in cinemas who really they are the people Apple want to keep on their good side because they want their content for iTunes
