Apple have announced this morning that the iPad will be available for pre-order on the 10th May in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and Britain. The official release date is going to be May 28th for all above countries

If demand is going to be similar as the US release then I suggest you get your pre-orders in on the minute they become available to pre-order otherwise it may be a long time before you get your iPad
